The Metabolic Balance® program, in opposition to standardized diet plans, allows for an efficient and long-lasting reduction of weight through a counseling custom-made for you.
We analyze your individual nutritional needs and, on this basis, establish a personal nutrition plan. As a certified counselor for the Metabolic Balance® method, Dr. med. Derya Topal accompanies you on the way to your aim:
- Consultation appointment: you get to know Metabolic Balance® and discuss your aims and wishes.
- Blood test: An analysis of your blood values is the basis for the establishment of your individual nutrition plan.
- Your individual nutrition plan: You receive your personal nutrition plan with healthy, varied meals.
The change of diet consists of a four-phase-program.
- Phase 1 – Discharge days. The body is relieved and cleansed.
- Phase 2 – In the first 2 weeks you strictly adhere by the food list on your nutrition plan.
- Phase 3 – The food list on your plan is expanded. You are allowed again to take up oils. Furthermore, from time to time “feasts” are introduced, for which you can eat what you want.
- Phase 4 – On the basis of your experiences throughout the 3 first phases you now experiment yourself and work out what is good for you. You slowly distance yourself from the plan but keep your newly acquired eating habits.
