An alternative to laser therapy is found in fractioned radiofrequency treatment with micro-needling of the middle and lower skin layers (Infini®)
For this treatment method, fine needles (micro-needles) are used to cause microinjuries of the skin and thereby start up endogenous repair mechanisms.
